I have about 20,000 names/emails/phone numbers....now what?

People have been downloading my android apps and registering (registration requires name, email and phone number).

All of this in about 8 weeks....yes, about 20,000 people have registered in last 8 or so weeks.

Most of those people registered on two of my apps... Job Finder and Cars for Sale. My question is now what?

What do I do with that info?

I am not a marketer...just a developer....so all the info is sitting in my database. Some of those people have also registed on my aweber list (about couple of thousand).

Any pointers will be appreciated. I would love to work with some marketer who can use this info, and be beneficial for both of us.

I have the same problem; generating an overwhelming amount of leads daily in dozens of niches that I can never get to. What I do is sell/trade them through this network:

Join the forum, and look for the "Wholesale Lead Exchange" subtopic. Buyers and sellers post their offers and requests. Browse around and see what comparatively typical leads sell for, then post your own.

You can definitely monetize your list by sending them CPA offers, for example zip/email submit offers like iPhone/iPad/Xbox360/HDTV/Blackberry etc.

These kind of offers usually have a very high conversion rate, with a list of 20k member, let's say the CR is 10%, it's more than $2k easy money

Under the 'Warrior Joint Ventures' people seem to offer their lists. You could let other people sell to your list and make money from it. I don't know if you have to actually give them the list.

I'm just curious where did you get this list of names you speak of.

Not to be mean, but I now know to avoid your apps. :p

Most mobile users really hate apps they need to sign up for with e-mail addresses--indeed I'd guess some of what you've got aren't valid e-mails--and I'm surprised you haven't gotten a backlash in market reviews/star ratings.

          huh?

They have to option to skip regisration, but they choose to register....it is their choice....

I think you should partner with someone that knows how to market to these folks and keep developing. If you can find a good honest marketer that will not tick off your list and keep the revenue flowing you'll be free to create more programs and have a nice income.

Are they verified, though, Jason? With something like an "opt-in confirmation"? In other words: do you have a way of telling whether they're genuine?

    This is also true.

Seriously, jkiley, visit Lead Buyer Network. They are professionals in this field and you'll get much better advice then you're getting here. I do know those type of leads and niches are highly marketable. Alternatively, look into the JV Forum for partners who may help to monetize your list.

I hear you ... I wasn't suggesting they were spambots. I meant "genuine email addresses", not "genuinely people". I'm sure Paul's advice above will be good.
