Technical question - adobe flash player

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm probably late to the game here, but I got a new laptop a couple weeks ago and am having hell with it (no technical skills whatsoever, lol). This is my first experience with Vista also. I can not get adobe flash player to work at all. Says it won't work with a 64 bit browser. How do I use a 32 bit browser like adobe is suggesting?
