Need Flippa advice on selling my website

My website is www . yourimaginaryfriendnow . com

It hasn't really progressed that much, and I have $150 in it.

But, it is a beautiful website, and is a very original niche. Is spending the $19 listing fee on Flippa worth it? How much do you actually think it will sell for? It get's 2-15 hits a day. Or should I just let it die. I've already made back my investment with Fiverr.

And I can see it being a popular site one day... I just can't keep pumping money into it, when it's not pumping anything out.

Thanks,
-Howie

try and sell the potential of earning of the site, remember like the old school selling techniques of: sell the sizzle not the steak , post in a good description, how your site can have a HUGE potential of earnings

As a short rule, 10x - 15x times the monthly revenue. MANY people on flippa look at the actual revenue, less so at the "potential".

You should take some steps to making the site profitable, even if it's just a little profitable. Do whatever it takes, i.e. PPC, solo ads, etc. Jut be sure and be up front with the methods that you use to keep the site profitable. Don't spend money on PPC and then say in your auction listing that it was free traffic. Tell them what it costs to make the money. Honesty is always your best policy.

I never selling website on Flippa, and I'm curious about our hosting account when we sell website on Flippa.

Do we have to sell website include with hosting account or just domain name? because I have several website in my hosting account so when I sell one of my site it means that I sell the whole of my investment

You can just sell domain names if they are worth enough, plenty of people buying and selling them on there.

You don't have to offer hosting, you could just pass the ownership of the domain over and send them the site files, but a lot of people do... and unless they need access to the hosting direct (which most don't) it will be no different from owning the site, they will just have access to it through FTP so you can keep it on your hosting till it runs out.
