Importing an image

I have a quick 'technical question' and I am not sure where to post it. I am creating a WSO and want to add an image of my product. My questions is - how do you size the image? I used the [img]value[/img] tag which worked just fine to import an image from my sales page. The problem with that is it is pretty big. I would like to shrink it and do not know how to do that. The BB Code instructions do not address how to re-size an image.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
