    If you don't find someone here, try posting a project on freelance sites like odesk.com. You will definitely find someone there.

    I know that theme(I don't really, but it's all over the source code) it's created by originaltwo com it's on tab 4 of there website. Perhaps you could contact the designer?

    Actually it looks like it's just the sandbox theme with some slight mods to the css?
