Publishing Flippa Auction Stats

I notice that some sellers on Flippa publish their auction stats in the comments section.

For example:

Listing Views : 49
Users Watching Listing : 2

Would you recommend this?

I realize the purpose is to establish a kind of social proof, but what would you consider "good" stats? ... How many watchers, etc.?

I'm totally new to Flippa and seriously I don't have a clue .. I would also be interested to see what are considered to be some good stats.

I'm doing another thing though - I've bought really cheap google / facebook ads ... on very specific keywords that an interested buyer in my type of business might be interested in - and directed those ads to my listing on Flippa !!

It usually doesn't cost you much but this way you can get some real good interested buyers ...

I was thinking of that. ... Do you have any hard stats to look at? Have you had people buy sites that you know came from those ads?

Without having done it, it seems to me that on a site like Facebook you could get a lot of people just looking out of curiosity -- which you pay for, of course.
