How do I put wordpress inside amember software

I just set up amember on my site to protect my members are, I was now wondering how I will setup the wordpress inside it cos I'm using wordpress for the members area.

the amember location is: mysite.com/members

how do I setup wordpress so that once someone logs in as a member, he will be viewing my members area built with wordpress since fantastico can't allow me to set up wordpress in the location: mysite.com/members, it tells me that the folder already existes, what do I do?

  • amember has a wordpress plugin. You'll have to install the plugin according to their instructions, which involves changing settings in your amember. But they have a good forum there with people that have done it before.

  • I've used Amember for several projects in the past however if you are using Wordpress to deliver your member content then why not just use one of the many Wordpress membership plugins out there? They would be much better than trying to do this with Amember which is not specifically designed for this purpose.
