Hello,

as some of you saw already I'm selling my second WSO here on Warrior Forum. I have one single user wo wants a refund since i offer it and that's true. Since I'm preaty new and i'm sure that i don't know that any things about WSO's and IM I would have a question.

Now as you see i mentioned many times that i offer full refund guarantee if the method is not unique or don't works. Now after few 10+ sells i have here this buyer who is a WarriorForum member (i don't want to mention his/her name) who wants a refund for the following cause:

"Bought your seo report out of curiosity and unfortunately it wasn't something I expected so I would kindly ask for a refund."

Now I know that would be kind to refund him since i don't have any problems but if we take the other part, should we refund someone just while he don't likes or product?

Also he insist for a refund and it's saying that will post something about my policy on the forum and my reputation will go down and that this is not the way that we make business. Also says that it's a non written rule that we should offer FULL NO QUESTION REFUND.

Now seriously... should i refund him?

It's up to you on giving the refund. I think that's a stupid reason to ask for a refund - why would you pay to get what you expect for info? Wouldn't you NOT need to buy a product if you know it all already?

I will say that if this was my customer, I'd be telling him to kindly not bother to buy from me again and would block him from doing so if at all possible. Not because he asked for a refund but because he had to do it by threatening you for no good reason.

And the thing about the "unwritten" rule - that's complete BS. You do not have to offer any type of refund at all.
