Form help for my site

Hi I currently have a website set up using Serif webplus X4 I need a form and a email that allows me to forward other email from the form direct,to the email I set on each form ( I will explain I want to set up property rentals but need the email on the form to go direct to the owner, pronlem 1/ my host only lets me forward email addresses that are with them so no hotmails etc, any one know of a html form that lets me forward mail to many email addresses and a email provider that allows mulit forwarding,
2/ I did think of getting a forum software to try this but not sure how to link it to work with Serif any help Pease

    Use an eail address for the domain info@yourdomain.com then you ought to be able to go into the cpanel and forward emails to anywhere you like

      I tried my cpanel but it only allows forwarding to other emails address within my surver
