Is making money on clickbank and affiliate marketing still viable?

NOPE. Nobody makes money with it ever anymore. Not a nickel.

If only you could find a forum in which scores of people who make money at affiliate marketing came to trade tips, secrets, and resources and discuss their success, with dozens of recent threads discussing people's recent success in affiliate marketing in the very forum category you (hypothetically) posted in.

Of course, you can make money from Clickbank and affiliate marketing. Internet marketing is a very wide field and these are some of the avenues that you can make money.

It may not be everybody's cup of tea but there are many IMs out there whose main source of income is from affiliate marketing. So yes, it is certainly viable.

I would always prefer to go with CPA offers .

Yes, Clickbank affiliating is still viable and still has the potential to be immensely profitable. As long as you select the right products to promote.

If you go outside of the Make Money niche when promoting a product, Sure you can still make lots of money in clickbank.

Everytime I go to CB page.. i see the earning counter still upticking....

I guess someone must be making the dough..

what would happen if on any one day.. there were more returns than the earnings... will the counter go backwards then....?

Would be fun to see that....but that would devastate some affiliates if that happened for a day or a week.

I will be honest and tell you it is not as easy as everyone out there says, it take work, dedication and knowing how to build a list to really get the big profits going.

The secret is outsourcing a system that works and makes money. PUt people in there to do the dirty work for you. Then you can screw off down the beach. That is what I do anyway. You can work when you want and relax when you want. now that is living the dream i think?

Why not? It's extremely possible to make money with CB.

as funny as it sounds, even the crappiest products on CB can make money.

I still see ppl promoting stuff like 'how to make your car run on water' or even build solar panels when there are already videos on youtube.

Clickbank’s marketplace is very large and famous. You can even promote products without competition, and still make sales. If you promote an in-demand quality product and you implement the right marketing techniques, you will make sales.

Marketing is an art, besides depending on many calculations.

Yes you can make money from Clickbank, so long as you affiliate the right products. Not it's not as easy as Clickbank may makes it seems but you can definitely make some serious money. Ultimately "What you put in, is What you get out." Do your research, gather your tools and build a good list.

ClickBank terms are absolutely horrible.

I saw on one adult affiliate site that they had several webmasters making upwards of 20, 40, and 66k a MONTH in revenue. This was just the webmasters.. of course, that's if it's right. But this is not using clickbank. I think I made one sale with Clickbank in the past, but never really dived into it.

All I know is I left the mainstream market because I could not find any good domains. Now, I have too many domain's to choose from. Few days ago I bought 2 domains, each with 30K exact monthly search volume. Affiliate program tailored exactly for that phrase as well. I'll take it. But again, more mainstream niches are so flooded it's ludicrous.

Sure you can still make money through CB. It's tricky, but, as others have said, possible if you choose products carefully.

Oh affiliate marketing is lucrative. Clickbank has paid out over $1.8billion to merchants and affiliates.

That says it all.

Many affiliates arev making 5 figures a month a and a few 6 figures.

Absolutely, but look beyond Clickbank as well. There are many great affiliate networks where you can find great products and services to promote. In addition to Clickbank, I use Amazon, CJ.com, ShareASale, Google Affiliate Network, and Linkshare.

I'm having excellent success with a private referral arrangement where I work with company that doesn't have a well-known affiliate program. I contacted them because of a good fit and we set up a customized referral system. It's turning into one of my most successful campaigns to date and there's pretty much no competition with other affiliates.

I'm moving into private and exlcusive referral arrangements with smaller businesses that offer high-value services. I'm about to wrap up a deal I've been working on for a few months. I'll have exlcusive rights to promote their services. Like I said, this type of deal involves some legwork, including creating prototype sites to sell the concept, but it should be lucrative ($300 to $1,000 plus commissions), and there's no affiliate competitors (but there are industry competitors).

In a sense I'm the company's SEO consultant, but instead of a flat rate, I get a piece of pie. The company likes it because they only pay for results (i.e. a sale).

Affiliate marketing is essentially referral / word-of-mouth marketing which has worked for centuries. So yes, affiliate marketing works. Write great preselling content and get tons of traffic. Be a little creative as well and test concepts ... build on what works and dump that which doesn't work.

Of course affiliate marketing is still a viable way to make money. It does however take quite a bit of work to get the ball rolling. Most people aren't willing to put in the needed time and effort and therefore never make any money.
