There are 102,000 results (using inanchor,intitle and inurl terms) on a top keyword having 33,100 EXACT local searches per month according to google. I am thinking about creating a niche site about that product.

The site which as at number 1 spot have 112 backlinks. (having a exact keyword rich domain with .org )
And alexa ranking is 1,528,803 and there are 9 sites linking to that site. Which are article directories.

but there is not exact keyword rich domain available but there are with some extensions.
For Example:
-----deals.com (available)
buy-----.net (available)
-----review.com (available) but K.W with review is having Exact 880 US local searches.

Q1: Should i go for the site ?
Q2: Which domain to buy ?
Q3: How many backlinks per day there should be ?

    A1: i would go for it.

    Q2: Which domain to buy ?
    A2: I would recommend you to buy -----review.com
    I personally most often use -----review.com because people are more likely to buy something with a good review than just being pushed to buy with buy-----.net domain name.

    Q3: How many backlinks per day there should be ?
    A3: There is no any rules for adding back links, but is is advisable to add regular back links that will help for boosting your website rank and keyword positions.
