Free .edu.pl blog
My friend just got it hands on an .edu.pl domain, he knows they dont hold as much weight as .edu but figured its worth the tiny cost. Any way he setup a free blogging network.
He said he plans to develop the domain, but for now as its all new all blogs are free.
