You could sell it on Flippa.com which is the place to sell things right now. I believe you could probably also sell it here in the classifieds section.

You can sell it on flippa, digitalpoint or even here.
    Depends on your desire.

After you pick a place to sell it at, there are some things to consider. People will want proof of income if you are claiming that the site has income. Prepare screenshots of relevant information that you are allowed to post, along with concise and accurate details about what your site has and delivers. The best sites listed will tell me why I would want to buy the site, and will provide accurate information as to what it is I am getting for my purchase price.

Are you just wanting to sell the actual website or are you considering selling the business, client list, etc.?

I want to sell the actual websites only as I didn't collect any subscribers. The thing is that i don't know how to package the whole thing in order to sell. To be exact I don't know the process of selling/packaging it. Thanks

I'd recommend searching the Just Sold section on Flippa to find sites similar to yours and see what they sold for, as well as how the sellers worded their sales letters, and what kinds of BIN bonuses (if any) were being offered. This will give you a good idea of how much you might reasonably expect to get for your site (if you have similar traffic and/or income, a similar design, similar topic, etc.), as well as how to go about getting the attention of buyers and obtaining the best price. You can learn a lot in that section.

And yes, Flippa is the best place to sell your website.

Yep. That's the way to go! Look at past successes and replicate.

I’m going to recount the processes I went through to sell my site. By no means should you consider what I did as hard and fast rules but they should give you some guidelines. Remember that there are many ways you can go about the process and you should explore all your options before deciding to sell.

I noticed you have a pr zero. This is bad news. Buyers look at pr, so try to get it up. Also, you have an 8 million alexa score. Sadly, that tells me no traffic, so you need to work on your site more. Try to make these metrics improve. Also, you should sell several click bank products instead of one.

Add some ad sense and products from amazon. That way the total profit per month goes up. Keep a list of all your expenses. This may improve the auctions final price.

Look for affiliate marketers who are promoting products in that niche. Send them an email telling them it is for sale, including all the stats you have and the price.
