vbulletin newbie help
I have a vbulletin forum.
It is about a year old.
It is free, but planning on turning a few forums into a paid subscription.
I have been offering my services free for a year now and it's time to start making some money off my time and service.
I am new to IM and as much as I read the information on this forum, I am overwhelmed. I need to find a starting point.
I'm embarrassed to say, I'm not real sure about what my traffic statistics mean. Here is what my host provides:
Site went live 4/2010.

Average successful requests per day: 25,270 (39,938)
Successful requests for pages: 87,157 (3,041)
Average successful requests for pages per day: 236 (434)

Redirected requests: 223,329 (960)
Distinct files requested: 841,983 (5,713)

Data transferred: 91.55 gigabytes (3.41 gigabytes)
Average data transferred per day: 254.27 megabytes (499.10 megabytes)
I have 300 registered members.
I believe most of the guests (800 most online) view my information, get what they need and leave. I am in the process of determining the specific information they are getting and will move that information to the paid forum.
Can you please give me some guidance on where to start?
What can I read?
Any guidance you can give me is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
