any one here can suggest me what should i do with that domain ?

      It is either dating site or sell the domain. If it is high value domain you should maybe sell it and you have big starting capital for something you would be passionate about.

      I think that building a dating site requires lots of money, time and everything.

        I know that there was a WSO with a dating site script. It looked pretty cool and I had thought of getting into it as a way of diversifying... eggs, basket etc...

        My suggestion would be to seek out that WSO (don't know the name but a quick search should pull it up), put a little time into it each day and run it out for a year and see where you stand. You never know!

    It would depend on what kind of domain it is, is it a domain tahts making you good money then I'd suggest selling it on flippa

    Unless you need the money.
    Get a product and use the domain, you can always sell the Domain later later. Do not rush to get rid of assets. Take your time and think about it but do not let it lay there doing nothing in the meantime.

    If you have the time and some money you should make a site out of it. Make content, get traffic, monetize, then you can expand or sell it.

    Or you can just try to sell the domain now (I personally would not recommend)

    You might want to consider "dressing it up" and flipping the site.

    I am working on the Yaro Starak Blogger Mastermind Program. He has a great article on flipping sites and how to make that work into a revenue generator. Take a look - hope it help.

    I have been working with Yaro's materials for some time and believe he is very sincere. While you check out the article click thru to his suggested sites - they might be useful in your research.

        If you want to hold on to it then build your web presence.

        If you want quick money then sell the domain, there are enough places to sell domains including GoDaddy.

        If you want to make a little more money then also make a cool site and sell it at Flippa.

        If you want to make yet more money then build a cool site, run commerce on it, make initial money and sell at 10x of that money (per month).

        For even more long term money hang on to it and buil a long term business.

        I guess that's the entire set of things you can do.

    First, What make you think it's a very good domain?
    What research have you done in that regard?
    Assuming it's good, here's what I would do with it.
    I build a nice Wordpress site and start getting some traffic.
    In the site you'll have a sign: For Rent or Lease with option
    to purchase.
    There's no need to sell websites that are good, unless the
    need for money is completely justified.
    The longer you keep it, more money you'll be making.
