Let's say you sleep 8 hours each day, and we take
sleep out of the equation.

How many hours in the remainder 16 hours of the
day do you spend online?

Do you think it's an healthy amount of time?

I would say 7-10 hours, but only 1-2 hours consist of real productive work!

It is not healthy!

Just want to further clarify that I do not visit adult websites!

Last week I spent 19... that included a 1 hour movie as well... So that was nearly 18 hours... Around 3 hours a day seems better.

I have computers on all over the house 24/7. I am online at least 16 hours a day unless I'm forced to pick up the kids or sleep or get food

I think better question would be

out of all the 16 hours of the time you spend online(assume all 16 hours are spent online in this example).....how many of these hours are spend on your marketing/productively?

alot of people here spend time online just doing non productive things- seeing videos, checking on random sites, and nothing towards their marketing. So how much of the time spent online is spent constructively? that might be a more targeted question.

Hi

I spend about 3 hours answering email and chatting with my team...

2 hours in planning, finding new markets, etc.

And the rest of the time learning or playing!!

Sometimes it is online, sometimes it is not.

  I would say about 10 hours a day, on average. Some days I don't go on at all....some days it's more. The only thing that IS the same is that it's always broken up, an hour here, an hour there.

I spend like 3-6 hours online. That's quite high considering I spend 3 hours in the class (tutions), 5 hours in college and 3 hours traveling back and forth. And of course, after homework.

  I spend about 12-14 hours a day online. . first thing i do in the morning is turn on my computer and last thing I do before I sleep is sign off but I do find time in between to work out, have lunch with friends and hang out with my kids.
