RSS News Feed for Ecommerce
I am waiting on my new ecommerce website being built, and was thinking about adding some sort of 'news feed' to my website where it will tell visitors the latest news on my business/website.
I found this website babymonitorsdirect.co.uk and if you look at their website, they have a news feed line at the top of their website which changes. The bottom of their homepage shows the news rss feeds, and if you click on one of the titles you will notice that their news posts are very short (not many words per post).
I am just wondering if there are any benefits of having a news rss feed like this on an ecommerce website? If so, what are the benefits?
