Are you doing this for Christmas

I have a friend who is a very successful real estate investor. He has always told me that a big part of his success is his business network. He doesn't have a big staff, but he has a team of third party "go-to people" that really make his business work. That includes his lawyer, accountant, mortgage broker, appraiser, inspector, buyers agents in local markets, surveyor, public record clerks, property manager, etc.

The same thing can be said for the Internet Marketing profession. And yes, it's more than just a hobby or a way to make some extra dollars by funneling non-savvy consumers into forced continuity CPA offers. It's a profession and you need a network in order to be successful.

So this week, I'm showing a little appreciation to the key people in my network by giving them Christmas gifts or cards. This includes my:

- Tech guy/coder
- Graphics guy
- Virtual assistant
- Local assistant
- Top poster on my forums
- Fulfillment center
- On Demand Printer
- PR agent
- Accountant
- Lawyer

By showing a little appreciation during the holidays, you'd be surprised at how it can solidify relationships with your key people.
