How To Solve This FaceBook Problem

I asked my Filipino worker to configure a new Facebook Fan Page I just created but she kept getting an error claiming suspicious activity.

I logged in & clicked the Approve link that asked if this attempted access was legitimate, however when my worker tried getting back in she again got logged out & now the account has been "temporarily shut"

My Question is:

1. Is there a phone # I can call to have this matter fixed?

2. If not what is my best option for fixing this problem?

3. What should I do so that my Filipino worker can have unhindered access to my FB account?

Many Thx,

Kirk

Well, I think (although I am not an expert... I just always read the Help files and instructions!) you were doing it the wrong way from the beginning.

There is no need for your worker to login into your personal FB account. FB goes crazy even if I login to my OWN account from another place when I travel. It is silly, I agree but that's how they operate...

If you have a Page (not a personal account!) - you can always add more admins to it.
Click Edit Page and look on the left for Manage Admins...

    Thx Istvan

Your insight is rather helpful, especially since as a photographer I'm always admonishing ppl to RTFM...

Oh BTW RTM is short for Read The Manual!

    Thx Again,

    Kirk

    I know what RTFM means

(I am very unpopular around here when I send people to read the online WordPress manual, LOL)
