    Maybe there is a limit, for example, no more than 10 accounts from one IP in a day or something.

    You can get around that, simply unplug your router and your pc will be assigned a different IP address, well there is a high chance the address will be different. However if you are assigned a static IP address that doesn't change, your only option is to try and use someone elses Internet.

    It is more likely that FB refuses accounts to a device's MAC address over its IP address anyway because a device's MAC address will never change.
