Does anyone know the software where visitors upload images and able to choose a picture frame so they can view their pictures virtually framed?

    Not quite sure what you mean... like a picture frame image overlaid onto your photo? How about Picnik (photo editing site)?

      I've some picture frame models, samples (corners) images. Like to allow visitors to upload their photos and use the frame images on website to frame their pictures. It's not photo editing site.
      Is there a software or scripts to do that?

    Do you mean like photo effects and frames?
    Try loonapix or Pic Resize - although I use it for resizing pict, there is one frame that you can use - nothing fancy though
