  hi - really depends on what your niche is -
  
  If its internet marketing then you could offer ebooks about seo or affiliate marketing - you could also offer bonus software -
  
  If you can reveal your niche then im sure you will get much better answers

E-books and some videos with good knowledge of your product would be a good idea, but firstly you need to tell us about your product so that we can suggest you something related to it.

  Easy bonuses for software are online videos people can watch that help them get the very most from your software.
  
  Perhaps the videos teach advanced tactics or tricks only an expert with the software would know.
  
  Then you've got things like webinars you could run that show your software in action. People can ask you questions as you're demonstrating it.
  
  Record the webinar and give it away as a bonus to all future customers. From the webinar you can then create cheat sheets, transcriptions and even taking the audio from it and turning that into a bonus.
