Find some plr on games, start rewriting. Build up some adsense ads on it. Possibly create a forum on the site to draw in more interactive and self producing content.

    Add some affiliate links to clickbank products pointing relating to the specific games that the article on the current page is about.

    If you go with a forum, anyone who signs up for the forum is on your list.

    If you don't go for a forum, then offer some free reports/articles about various games to build some game specific lists.

    That's what comes to my mind right off.

    If you can generate a little organic traffic and get some income from clickbank or adsense (or anywhere else), you could then start considering flipping it for quicker money.

    Thank you.

    Thing is, I only have enough money for hosting and another domain name I'm going to purchase, so Abweber or forum software is out of my league right now.

    I don't want to create too many threads (Posted a few already) so can I ask for some advice that's not relevant to Gamerzville?

    I'd like to promote this product from Clickbank.

    However, I am useless at keyword research. I need a main key word that has a decent ammount of searches each month for my domain name. Do you have any suggestions? I was thinking about using www.amazingheartburnsecrets.com

    You should look for free information on internet regarding keyword research. Type "keyword research training free" in google and you will find free training on this subject.

    Simply look for less competition and not more than 2000 or 3000 searches a month keyword for your niche as a beginner.

      Hi Kimmeh,

      Great name. You might want to consider selling it. There is a company called buydomains.com and they sell premium domain names. You could list it there and see what they can do for you.

      The other two suggestions are also good. But if you are unable to promote due to cash flow, a sale might help in that regard with respect to the other domain you are getting.

        Thanks for the suggestion, I'll consider it.

        So you think www.amazingheartburnsecrets.com is good domain for the product? I'm really eager to register it and get started but I'd like to hear other opinions before making the plunge.

        Also, what did you mean by a sale might help?

    Gamerzville is a great domain name and there are a LOT of games online that you can target.

    World of Warcraft, Mafia Wars, just to name a couple and these all have affiliate products you can promote.

    You can even write articles about gaming consoles - PS3, Xbox, Wii etc. Then use some Amazon links to promote game consoles.

    There is so much you can do with that domain but you need to put some hard work into it and get it ranking well.

    If you can't afford to outsource articles or buy PLR then you'll need to write your own, but that's fine, you can do it!

    If you do want PLR I know Tiffany Dow has some articles on Playstation, I think RuthP has some game console PLR too.

    I have some World of Warcraft PLR.

    There is just so much out there, you can easily build an authority site on this topic.

    With the heartburn product - go use the google keyword tool and find a good keyword phrase. Look for 'exact' searches not broad and try to find a phrase with over 3000 a month exact searches.

    Then look in Google at the top ten websites for that keyword phrase and see if those sites look like they would be easy to outrank. With the domain you have chosen the only real keywords there is 'heart burn' which I'm sure would have massive competition. I think you would be better trying to find another keyword phrase with good search numbers but not so much competition.

    Maybe 'heartburn remedies' or 'heartburn relief', something that includes another word to make a longer phrase that might be easier to rank for than just the main word 'heartburn'.

      >>Thing is, I only have enough money for hosting and another domain name I'm going to purchase, so Abweber or forum software is out of my league right now.<<

      For the game site,

      (1) install WordPress (free) and start adding articles to the site;

      (2) go to Google Keyword tool and type in games, build a list of keywords;

      (3) setup a Google alert for the keywords, use what you receive as ideas for content, this way, if you do decide to sell the site, you will get more for it;

      (4) sign up for Mail Chimp (like aweber to build your list), there's a free option to get you started - https://mailchimp.com/signup/

      (5) create and offer a Best Gamerz Guide with tips for the top 10 games selling online for $5 to build a buyer list of interested prospects - offer the guide with rights as a WSO to get some cashflow;

      (6) add Amazon or appropriate affiliate to articles as your write them;

      (7) hold off on Adsense, go for infoproducts first;

      >>I'd like to promote this product from Clickbank.

      Buy your name dot com and start blogging your journey. Install wordpress and create your first product "101 Ideas I Learned from the Warrior Forum" - I'm serious, you can make an ebook just from reading posts or making a post and asking for one idea for a beginner.

      ::: Succeeding While Broke :::

      (1) find one primary mentor to listen to;

      (2) give up your "opinion";

      (3) focus on what you have not what you don't;

      (4) focus on one project at a time;

      (5) provide a service online to get some income, write articles for people, install blogs, etc.

      (6) read "Do the Work" by Steven Pressfield (Download FREE Amazon.com: Do the Work eBook: Steven Pressfield:...Amazon.com: Do the Work eBook: Steven Pressfield:... )

    If I may suggest, Android games are up and coming, a very hot market that is rivaling the iPhone app market. You could focus on one or several popular/viral Android games or genres. Plenty of affiliate opportunity in that niche.

    Hi Kimmeh - If you wanted to go with aweber they will charge you a $1 for the first month and also you can find free open source forum software at phpBB • Free and Open Source Forum Software.

    I personally would not put the domain's you are thinking about buying on here until you purchase them.
