What do you think about PTC (Paid To Click) scheme?

Does anyone has ever tried the PTC (Paid To Click) site/scheme (like Onbux.com) and do you folks think it really works? Does it worth the time of the clicking??

Basically, my understanding is that the site will pay you for clicking on the advertisement on their site (there is a limit of click you can make per day)...

Do share with you your experience, if any.

    Never fall for those ptc sites, they will use your time and efforts and pay you in peanuts. No matter how many referrals you get on your own or buy from them, you will never reach a good sum, do something valuable with your time, like, spend more time here learning technicalities so that you too can become technical expert and make some decent earning doing Real Work.

    Come on people you can find something more worthwhile to do than mindlessly clicking banners. Do something more useful likepolishing up your grammar and doing some freelance article writing.

    While you might earn a penny or 2 for clicking an ad, some small businessman or wf marketer may be losing a dollar or 2 on a pay per click ad visitor who has no intentions of buying something, the site hosting the ad gets an undeserved chunk of the ad money as well as the ptc company.

    You can find on the web tons of complaints about ptc companies. One ptc click operation exploited the extra greedy worker, claiming to pay $1 per click, with a minimum $1000 pay out, imagine the number who were eliminated from the program for some trumped up violation before hitting the too good to believe payout level.

    I have been through a lot income generating scheme in the internet during the early years. I have tried PTC, some are legit but most of these PTC sites are scam. I would recommend not to join its campaign of clicking or being a member from these sites for it will eat up most of your time and you'll be paid in cents.

    I would recommend that you do away with PTC and look for other ways that will generate real money. To name a few there's affiliate programs like amazon, display ads from adsense, write articles on triond or reviewsream and you will receive royalties, offer your services in odesk or in freelancers.
