use WP Manager DX, or use WP Twin, or backupbuddy. Create one blog and keep cloning it with the use of any of these tools

Definitely possible, but you don't have any contact information in your profile, and neither of us can send PMs yet. If you'd like, e-mail me at the address in my profile, and I'll be happy to help.

If you're doing it for backlinking then its not worth anything, could have negative effects too if spinning isn't done wisely.

It is possible to do this, but probably not much value in it. The oldest program I can think of that worled like this is The Blog Soultion, but those wern't wp blogs.

If you mass create WP blogs on a single domain and use them to backlink to another site, you will more than likely not get as much power (if any) from those links.

There have been a number of ways to do this, WPMU has been a been a popular way to create WP blog farms, but WP 3.x makes it easier nowadays.

If you want to put up a bunch of WP blogs on various domains around the internet, then that gets kind of expensive and you might as well just put up third party sites somewhere.
