For the entire site or for a single page? For the site, you can use .htaccess. Also, if you're using Wordpress, I believe there is a plugin for redirect.

Where I saw it you had an html code which you edited with your hoplink then saved as index and uploaded , then your domain should show the clickbank page as the home page without showing as a redirect

You might want to try it more professionaly by choosing whether you want to capture emails, use Pop-ups and/or Exits and Cloaking the redirect with this tool
