Product Launch Formula 3.0 Affiliate-Bribe Question. (Lists)

I am on Module 5 of Jeff Walkers Product Launch Formula 3.0. I am Very impressed by his work.

But I had some specific questions for only the people who have gone through PLF3. or people who have built many lists.

So My question is about promoting Affiliate products using lists:
How would I build a list, when I have a website with affiliate links to RealWorld goods. How would I "BRIBE" them onto the list? and then sell to them through the list while I am using affiliate real world goods?
I dont understand the "Concept"
I do not have a list (YET), I can make WP-blogs and I know a Very good amount of SEO.

(Disclaimer):
I AM NOT asking for ideas on: ideas for a niche, motivation (I am already motivated thanks.), BS comments,statements,answers. (especially from people who dont understand the lingo that I used because they have not built lists or gone through PLF3)
I just want to get the nitty-gritty answer's with-out fluff, thats why I threw up the disclaimer

    Depends on what the "real world goods " are but You need to give them a gift in exchange for their email address , you build relationship with your subscribers by sending helpful emails and then promote the real world good as the solution to your subscribers needs .

        1.Ok , find out what the dog problems are e.g dog aggression .

        2.Create or but PLR ebook that solves their problem e.g ebook shows people how to stop dog aggression for instance

        3. Upload to your website and Build your Opt-in page

          That Totally Makes sense to me now!
          you are the man!

          I can take your idea and create a bundle (like Jeff was talking about) and include Coupons, Discounts, EXCLUSIVELY to the list.

          So My thoughts on the psychology would be to make a "Bribe" that stated that a "Benifit" to being on the list would include Free Ebook(s) once a month that I purchase myself, and also include coupons/discounts, when I can offer them that would not normally be available to the public. and eventually JV deals.
          However, I am questioning I How can I structure the benefits of receiving coupons to only the people on my list without it coming across shady?
          or should I make it so that abenifit of subscribing would to be of getting Notified of a coupon or deal when it is available instead of them waisting their time each day looking for deals on my site?

    You can ask for people's email addresses by offering them a freebie, the typical method of building a list. Give them a report or 10-15 page ebook on dog care or pet care. 99% people take up anything that's free and so you end up with a considerable list as long as you keep driving targeted traffic to your squeeze page. In simple words, offer them a related product to your niche in exchange for their email address.

      That clicks for me a little bit, and you answering that gave me an idea: Could I not find an affiliate program where I can Exclusivly give out coupons, or even discounts from that are apart of the affiliate
      OR!
      use a Discount that is from my Commision as an affiliate? (example: Product costs $20, my commission is $5 Max, or take $3 to the "sale" of the peoduct. so the product would than be $17 for the customer instead of $20 and I would get a commison of $2 Instead of the $5)

      I think I heared someone talk about that once.
      What is this method called? and what Affiliate Networks Do this?
      I would search for this but I wouldint know what keywords to start with

        I'm not quite sure what you are referring to but I think a similar concept is sub-affiliating. I've had this idea as well in the past but I gave it up because its feasibility seemed too low. I have no idea which affiliate networks offer this and how far it is possible. I know for a fact that many networks allow sub-affiliates but I don't think they have a system established to carry it out.
