So, I have some great unique ideas for websites, but I don't have the resources to develop them. Would you try and find a few partners and develop those ideas together or just wait untill you get the resources? Because every option has good and bad sides, I don't know what to do.

Has this ever happened to someone? What did you do in those situations?

Thanks!

You need to do your market research 1st. Are there other sites doing well that are similar to your ideas??

You could outsource the site creation using freelancers and outsource everything you can't do yourself.

There are numerous things to do but any potential partner will normally want to see some kind of results and a start with the project. They will want to see that you are motivated to succeed.

You could try contacting some warriors within the same area of expertise and see if they would be interested in partnering up. But you will have to prove your salt

Yeah, the idea is actually very simple and it is a potential money maker. The problem with outsourcing is that I would have to have a lot more money than I currently have.

Maybe contact a few outsourcers and offer a commission on profits instead of an upfront payment. You never know you might get someone on board full time. Try and find someone you can phone or meet up with personally.

If you really want to get this off the ground you will.

Thanks, good idea. I'll definitely try and do that. Have you ever had such an arrangement?

Yes I have. I sent an email to my list and got a marketer on board that runs a site for me so I'm totally handsoff. Got him to do a few tasks 1st so I could trust him. I am still in a position that I can take full control if need be.

Just trust your insticts and shoot some emails out to some people on fiverr and get started.

If you just need a web site putting together then you could it for $10 or less, even a complete newbie could do a good site in a day and be ready to sell.

But what you need is the traffic that are interested in what you have, like Ross said "You need to do your market research 1st. Are there other sites doing well that are similar to your ideas?? "

a good place to start is https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
and see the numbers of searches for what you have, see the competition and see the historical info if it's getting more popular or less.

Red or Blue Pill? Click for RED or Don't click for Blue Pill. I chose RED and NEVER looked back!

Yeah, the problem is this would not be a simple site I could do in a day. And there are sites similar to mine making a lot of money, except mine would be different from them, and there isn't a site like this around, so I can't be completely sure.

The people on fiverr may be up for a partnership/Joint Venture. These tend to work for very low prices so will be easier to pursuade. Go find someone with the skill sets you need and fire some emails over.

But 1st of all buy their Gig/service to see what they're about.
