Anyone can suggest me which site that has largest MRR and PLR collection?....

    I don't think you want the largest because they may have a collection of eBooks that are very old. I could suggest a few sites with quality stuff but I cannot post links yet.

    There was a thread in which someone helpfully compiled a list of many different PLR providers. Although, I can't find it! Perhaps someone will provide a link?

    I'm going to reiterate what's already been mentioned here - simply getting the largest collection doesn't mean you're getting the best value for money. When it comes to PLR, there's PLR that's been rehashed again and again and needs a lot of work doing before you can use it, and then there's good quality PLR that may cost more but is much more valuable in terms of time spent.

    That said, I do have a good link to a thread with lots of PLR providers, which would work well in conjunction with the other link you've already been given:
