To write pre-selling content, you're really looking for a content-writer, not for a copywriter. (And your budget is, of course, far more appropriate to a content-writer.)

Suggestion: have a look though the writers offering their services in the Warrior Classified section, paying particular attention to the references, reviews and testimonials, and check out several things any potential contenders have previously written.

With absolutely no disrespect at all to anyone here, I suggest that you don't try to employ a copywriter with this budget. People calling themselves "copywriters", in that price-range, may not necessarily quite appreciate reliably the significance of the difference between trying to write sales copy and producing pre-selling content.

(Please don't mistake or misunderstand my motivation for posting: my services are not available).

I will consider your suggestion. The reason that I used the term copywriter, is because I suck at selling but I see your point, especially with my budget.

Well, in my understading its a page where I educate my readers about the product, and explain how it has helped me, and as results helps them to imagine how the product could help them, and increase their interest in reading more about the product.
