Spam filter question: - If email 8 is Spammy, but 1-7 Aren't, will email 8 Trigger spam filters?

email 7 is Non spammy
email 8 is Spammy
email 9 is Non spammy
email 10 is Non spammy
Say, Emails 1-7 would be in the inbox
Would email 8 possibly get caught in the spam filters?
and then if 8 does get caught in spam, What would happen with emails 9, 10?
would they go to Inbox? or the spam filters would rememebr that it is from a 'spam' emailer? (from email 8)
