          @£$~@#$ hy......

Nah - I'm just kiddin' you.

I get really bad stress/anxiety and depression myself (have done for years), and have at times felt like my own heart was about to give out, so I completely understand and sympathise with ya. :p

There is solace in numbers, at least, over at the WorrierForum for hypochondriacs.

Hah, amazing how many people I'm finding who have the same problem. Think the doctors must be annoyed at the amount of tests done

      Nate

Good to see you are better. Life can hand you some scary moments. I had a heart attack and they did 5 blockage bypasses. That was 8 years ago and take it from me life will get back to what you want it to be. Just be patient with yourself don't push to hard and do what the Dr says.
It ain't over til you win.

Welcome back Nate. Congrats on pulling through and getting back your health and energy. Your inbox must have been seriously stacked upon your return!

You're right about never taking anything for granted, especially your health. I spent so much time working on my business in my 20's, living a sedentary life at my office desk, getting no exercise, I ended up almost 16 stone at age 27 and having heart palpitations.

Now I rarely miss a day doing some form of exercise, eating well and generally living a more balanced and productive lifestyle.

Best wishes getting back into the swing of things.
