I found 2 services I'm interested in, but, are they they offering the same service, one is $24.95 and the other is $15

    The package of exactly what each person is submitting for that price is different.

    You'd have to do the maths, based on what is important for your business, and see which will be most cost-effective for your needs.

    There may also be other considerations you make, such as the reporting element, speed of service, level of help etc.

    I would ask both sellers questions about their service. Compare both side by side and then go with the person who you think has the most to offer for what you're doing.
