I know a great way. Join JV Giveaways. Theres one im in right now that has lots of perks.

Internet Marketers Giveaway

And theres a New Years one comming up that I know of also.

Happy New Years Giveaway

This will help you two ways. You can download lots of goodies and then you will have a product.

Then you can direct people to your splash page that gives them information about the product, you have your list sign up there, then you redirect or email them the free product once they have signed up to your mailing list. Pretty simple and it works well.

  Those give aways often have products for different niches too. You should look through the list and see if theres anything you can use.

Give away money via a sweepstakes or something of tangible
value like Ipods. If you dont have money to buy stuff to

You could try giveaways, but that just going to fill your list with tire kickers and freebie seekers.

Unless you want to use joint venture style co registration, I would suggest working on getting more traffic to the website.

You may be right for the Majority Floyd.. but so far Ive made at least a sale or two per giveaway I joined. Every little bit helps IMO

First you need to make a goal to quickly build your to the amount of 500 subscribers.

To do this you really need traffic, but not just any traffic, you need traffic that converts into subscribers.

To do this you need an ebook or special report that addresses/fills a need that your visitor has.

They opt in to your list to get the special report. You have to give to get.

Once you have this setup go to forums that have lots of people in your niche and become a part of the forum, answering people's questions.

Most forums allow you to post a link to your site in your signature (be sure the forum's rules!)

I personally have a list I am trying to grow and I give people a copy of my 68 page traffic guide when they opt into my list.

I then go to forums like Warrior Forum and answer peoples' question and have a link to my opt in page in my signature.

This can be done in almost any niche.

Once you have 500 people on your list you should find people with lists of a similar size and ask them to do a cross promotion with you.

I posted a cross promotion request on:

And I got several JV requests from it.

Another thing you can do is to come up with creative ways to entice people to come to your site.

On one of my IM related sites I offered to give people a free one-way link from my site to theirs.

That got people to the site, and some joined my list.

How much traffic are you getting? If the content network is done right you should be able to build a MASSIVE list VERY fast (case in point, I set up a campaign last night and already have gotten ~ 120 leads and they're no end in sight.)

Post back with some stats (impressions, CTR, Optin Rate) and I might be able to help you more on this.

I noticed that you don't have a signature, yet.

Believe it or not, simply posting valuable threads and replys in niche forums can start yielding almost immediate results. Just link back to your squeeze page in your signature with a little teaser telling what you're offering.

Just make sure you only post quality, relevant information, however, and never spam your offer.

Also, as a little side note, I'm offering a product I recently wrote for free, if you're interested. It has a very emphasized link building section within it.

Join together with another person in your niche that has a huge list. Give them 100% of the money for your product in exchange for them doing a teleseminar with you. To signup for the teleseminar, people will have to go to an opt-in form were they sighup for your list.

IMO, thats the fast way to build a list of targeted leads.

I have heard a lot about co-registration leads. You can buy a package of 50,000 opt -in leads sent to you every week for under $50, direct them to your Squeeze page to help build your authentic list. That way you can seperate the chaff from the wheat. Some may even buy your products.

Use a Tell-a-friend script or something like that. Then combine it with reward for visitor who tell a lot of friend. For example. you can say to the visitor,if you tell 10 friends you will get bla..bla..bla..
if you tell 20 friend you will get ...... and if you tell 100 friend you can get....

A great way to subsidies your spend is to create a $7 product.
You then sell this product on the thank you page, after the user has signed up.

To get more subscriber, you simply need more traffic. It's just a numbers game: More traffic = More Conversions, More Conversions = More Sales.

Yes the give away process on your opt in page will flood in new subscribers and build your list. Since I'm in the IM niche I have gave away traffic videos on my opt in page and saw a increase in my subscribers. So try this out.
