    Nice graphics, Ron. I do have to say that you have committed one of the cardinal sins in this type of video presentation - you read bullet points to the viewer. Bullet points are bad enough (use them very sparingly), but reading them compounds the problem.

    Instead of reading bullet points, read your script and just pop in the key phrases to emphasize your monolog. Reading bullet points has two effects that you want to avoid: (1) they get boring, and (2) they distract the viewer (he doesn't know if he should read or listen).

    Also, on that box shot with the white background, another technique is to make a wide white horizontal bar over the video background, then drop the box shot onto that. Looks more natural and polished.

    On your next video, you might want to consider speeding up the opening monolog a bit.
