How To Make A New Forum, Popular ?

Hi everyone,

I've created a new website & a new forum with the name of eSocial paradise. How can i make them popular.
Also plz give me some suggestions about how can i make my forum more interesting. forum(dot)esocialparadise(dot)com

    I have an idea about the popular part. I think that if you really want your forum to reach a very nice number in visitors you must invest some money in marketing. You also can do this by your self but in a much low range of visitors. Don`t forget publicity is the soul of the business. Good luck

    Some people say using a forum posting service - where you pay people to post on your forum so it looks more popular than it really is - is the best way to encourage real visitors to post on your forum, but that always strikes me as being a bit shady.

    If you already have a site with a list, then offering your list free membership would be a good starting point. Other than that, and Facebook and Twitter are good methods of getting traffic because people who use them are used to interacting.

    Make sure you get your forum the coolest jeans and sneakers, buy your forum a car as soon as it is able to drive, and always be that parent that lets all the other forums drink when they are at your house.

    Forums can get you great, and I mean GREAT, money but they are equally difficult to popularize and monetize. I've hardly ever seen a new forum that is extremely popular. And by saying "new", I mean the time bracket of a couple of years old. Forums take time and you solely cannot make it viral. You will need your members as well to propagate it and an easy method to do this is keep an eye on your members and make 3-4 of them moderators. That stuff really gives those individuals a boost and they start doing a lot of things for the forum including bringing a lot of referrals.

    Firstly, give away some amazing information on your forum and then apply this moderator formula. I've seen forum moderators with over 2000 referrals. That is an impressive figure. If you wish, you can also put up contests for bringing in max referrals.

    Hi Razzi,
    I checked out your forum and seems like it has not been set properly. It still shows php dummy text.

    Seems like you need to customize the theme. I am interested in starting a forum too, and had some helpful suggestions here in the thread that I started. check them out.
