Quick Flipping Question

Realistically, how much would a site be worth with 600-800 uniques a month that has generated $5000+ in sales for 3 consecutive years?

    I think normally when you talk about selling sites it is expected to multiply average yearly profit by 3. But thats just a rough figure.

    Buyers would have to take into account costs etc, the products that are being sold etc. Its no good buying a site that is selling products that are no longer being bought if you know what I mean. Also, are the products high value or low value, if its high then the price would invariably be lower because they are more prone to market conditions etc

    Sceptical people will also want to know why you would be selling a profitable site.

    But back to your original question. If you have averaged 5k over last 3 years (and I know you said income but for arguments sake let say you meant profit) I would estimate 15k but again that is dependent on other things
