Article Marketing Automation Problems

I'm a recent member of this service, and frankly I'm starting to get highly annoyed. For the past week my articles have not been distributed whatsoever. I have over ten articles that are "live" however none of them have been distributed.

And to make things worse, many times I can't even access the site (like right now).

All emails have gone unanswered.

If you're going to run a business, you might run into a few "bumps" - I can accept that. But at least send out an email detailing what the problem is and when it's going to be fixed. Such a simple thing.

There's nothing worse than being ignored!

I wouldn't use any automated article submission services because they are usually not really effective. It is better to submit articles to the top article directories manually. I submit articles to ezinearticles, goarticles, and article city. These are the top articles that will get your articles into the search engines and bring you traffic.

      Have you tried semi-automating it?

I use two services and they spread articles quite wide over many blogs and article directories in multi versions. I'm just asking because I think to do this by hand would take days instead of hours.

The services I use allow you to put in multiple versions of the headline, body and bio etc... for more uniqueness.

For the ArticleMarketingAutomation - there is a thread here about this in the product section.

I have been using from the beginning and articles have been distributed far and wide with it. There are hundreds of links for many articles and all I did was submit once.

I notice the site is down now as you mentioned but that will not impact the articles that have been syndicated. It has never been down any other time I have tried to access it. I love the service so far.

I've actually had great success with a few article submission services so I have to disagree with your comment. There's a couple of submission services that have been a huge asset to me.

As for AMA, I see it as more of a link building tool as opposed to a system that will directly generate traffic from the articles themselves. Instead they help build backlinks with anchor text of my choosing. If the website actually works that is....

I too am a new paid member (less than 1 month) and I have similar problems.

    - cannot access website for last 2 days
    - slowdown in distributioin

I also know of support tickets that have not been answered for a month now.

I really pissed off and frankly unexpected with this kind of support since the service is supposedly from the same people behind PLRPRO.

I hope he is reading this - they may comment on the slowdown. I was using it two days ago and all looked fine.

      Hey guys,

I'm a PLRPro and (therefor also) AMA member and I just found this thread.

Here's what Marc said about it in the private forum:

"Yep there is an issue with AMA we are trying to get sorted.

I'm not entirely sure what the issue is but we are looking into it to get it fixed asap.

typical timing, its been running tickety boo for months.

Not to worry onwards & upwards.
      Thanks
      Marc"

I thought you guys would like to know this. It's not much, but at least you now know that they're working on it

      Later,
      Robert

Thanks for the update, Robert. At least I know they are aware of the problem and working on it.

          Hi Rob,

I think one of the guys was having a baby - no idea if that has had an impact on the support?
I imagine 'defying the laws of nature' is something that might get in the way of normal business. Personally, I prefer to delegate those type of tasks out to a lady, leaving me to focus on business.

Exact reason why better services exist ... If they cause problems then why support the system that is not giving you what they promised ...

Instead of hoping they get their problems fixed which seems to have gone on for months now.. Get a better service that offers way more and does offer support.
