Have any body here ever used Weebly or ever had success with it?

    Yes to both.

I think Weebly's very underrated as a host.

Their inbuilt website-designer seems relatively easy for even an incompetent technophobe like me to use.

I do think the button/link they put on your site if you use the free service ("Get your own free site with Weebly" or whatever it says) looks unacceptably unprofessional - though still better in that regard than using Blogspot, clearly - but I'm very pleased I upgraded to "Weebly Pro" or whatever they call it, got that removed, and am allowed so many more sites there.

I don't use them as my "main host" for my "main money sites" (I have both Hostgator and TypePad for those), but I value Weebly highly and happily recommend it.

Thank you for your suggestion. I'll try another service.

Yes I have used Weebly. It is very easy to use and great for beginners.

My first website was made with Weebly, and it still makes money every month.

I would still learn Wordpress as quickly as you can, but Weebly is great for beginners.

I would also recommend using Weebly in the same way you would use a web 2.0 site. Link your Weebly site to your main site, and send backlinks to your Weebly site.

My ghostwriting services site is set up on Weebly, and I have to say it has served me very well! I have consistently ranked on the first page of Google for ghostwriting services, article ghostwriter and other terms over the last year or two. I suggest you give it a try!

I have used weebly and I agree that the weebly pro is a bargain for someone looking for drag and drop functionality. I think you can make sites as good or better than the other services like Intuit or Vistaprint.
I'm starting to use wordpress as much as i can but if i need a quick site weebly would be my first choice
