Dear Friends from India.

1. Some days ago all Indians Bank goes VBV & Master 3d Secure - Can not use Cards Online (For Online transaction outside India as many Sites not use VBV & 3D Secure).

2. New Rules made it tough for Paypal Users to do work in India.

3. Prepaid Card from Neteller Closed.

4. Prepaid Card from Entropay Closed.

5.Virtual cards have many operational difficulty in many websites.

So what Options you have for doing Online Business & Transactions.

Any one contacted RBI?

Asking this question had one more motive, that all Indians can have common place to share & have benefits from other peers information's. Please do include the way ahead.

Thanks & Regards

    Don't use Indian banks.

Imagine that I go to Scarbutt's coffee shop and they have bad Wi-Fi. How do I get good Wi-Fi?

Leave Scarbutt's and go somewhere else.

Imagine that I go to the Derp grocery store and they don't have any chocolate-coated bacon. How do I get chocolate-coated bacon?

Leave Derp and go somewhere else.

They don't have what I want here. What should I do?

    Go somewhere else.

Yes, I know, that's not the answer you want. There's a reason it's not the answer you want. So get a piece of paper, and write down all the reasons why it's not the answer you want. Then look at it.

Is it more important than your online business?

If it is, then you don't get to have an online business anymore. Thanks for playing.

If it's not, crumple it up, throw it away... and go get new bank accounts.

      Caliban,

That was possibly the least helpful response I've seen out of anyone with more than a week's experience here in a very long time.

If you have a constructive suggestion or two on how they can go about arranging foreign accounts without running afoul of Indian laws and the laws of the country where their accounts would be opened, by all means, post them. Otherwise, go bother people involved in less important conversations.

Maybe you could start a thread on basket weaving with chopsticks in OffTopic.

Thanks every one till now, but I think the point I am concentrating is quite different of what I am getting the response. I am asking way forwards for Indian Internet Society.

parts2992 - getting cc is not an issue - will it work in Non VBV Website & 3 D Secre Site was a Issue.

allenjohn- Paypal - Sending Payments to Indian Merchants require CC Now as per Paypal Terms.

      Bill,

At this point, I'm not even concerned with whether your analysis is correct, because it's political. Not the place for it.

We have members here who are trying to figure out ways to get paid for honest work. That is what I think we need to be looking at, not what their government may or may not be planning.

I have a possible temporary solution for you -

Keep your paypal for incoming payment for your work.

        Get a Netspend account ( https://www.netspend.com/ )

Your paypal account will integrate with Netspend which then you can use for your withdrawals and internet spending.

You could also setup escrow.com to accept your payment owed to you then transfer the collected money at the end of the month into your netspend card.

No...you don't. Just try it. And if that dosen't suit your needs then I'll pick up the phone and ask a few congressmen, IRS personel, international attorneys, the embassy even janitors if I have too, to find out exactly what you need to do to get your money. I've been known to make weirder calls.

Thabks Debra - But what I mean to say I need to be located in USA to get that card. I am an Indian located in India and not in USA.

The only thing I can think of is to use the power of the internet and band together to boycott just one bank. Choose the bank by lottery and if enough people do that the bank will change. We should be doing this same thing with our gas suppliers, boycotting just one company chosen randomly and bringing it to it's knees financially. Or do you think screwing with the giants would result in internet banns within the USA?

As of now there is no solution for the problem. RBI doesn't like when freelancers like us make money online. Most of the thinks are blocked.

For now the best option would be get a credit card and pay via paypal using your credit card. This option is working fine for me as I have paid for many things online.

Hey renukoot, I have a friend in India who has a business partnership with a friend in the US, and they use the US guy's address for the Paypal and for payments and such. I don't know if that helps at all, but it was my first thought.

It's hard to find someone on whom you can trust specially when they are overseas and on the other side of the world. That certainly won't be an option.
