I see more and more posts on the warrior forum everyday about people building their whole businesses around one site such as google or yahoo.

What do you think of this? Is it good to put your whole business on one site?

or to create many small income streams that require more work rather than one large stream that runs on total autopilot.

Honestly it is always better to have multiple income streams, that way if something happens to one you still have money coming in.

While there may be more work involved in the long run it is much safer.

I don't think that there is a right or wrong answer to this. Obviously the more diverse your income streams are, the more you will be able to weather any rough patches in you might have.

On the other hand though, if you have too many different projects at one time, it can be very difficult to focus on all of them and do a good job, so it might be easier to focus on something you know or are good at.

Ah- But wait, why put effort out to things that aren't making money? There is such a thing as waisted effort.
The real question is, how many of the thing are making you cash for how much effort?
You should only deversify in things that work. If you only have one thing making money do just that one thing and put the efforts into finding something else that works.

I think multiple streams of income is a good strategy, however, I think you should be concentrating in one or just a few niches. For example, if you're in the dog training niche, you could offer your own product, affiliate product, sell advertising on your site, offer coaching, etc. Different streams all centered in one niche.

umm... and have you seen the results they've been getting?

Multiple streams of income is ALWAYS the better option - but put that "small" BS out of mind! You should chose niches that have a good or better potential to monetize well, or leave them behind.
