Thought this would be helpful to others. Since I'm trying to gather this information for myself, I decided I would make and update a list here for others as well.

Help me build a comprehensive, quality list.

I'm only listing FREE resources to submit your links and other free traffic resources. Will not be listing any sites with requirements like reciprocal links. Just free easy stuff.
