If you use a Windows op.sytem then the Text to Voice Converter software - that converts documents into WAV audio files - may be your solution. Easy to use it and costs you $10 only.

Hey what do you mean "no dalek?" Exterminate. Exterminate. Exterminate.

Actually there is a very good pdf and text to voice called "Natural Reader" available at a site by the same name. You can go to their site and play with it.

I don't know whether or not there is a Davros voice over there. I didn't want to be exterminated.

  I believe Nuance PDF Converter does it too. Not sure about the quality, but they are the creators of dragon naturally speaking, surely a professional company.

  I've been using TextAloud for about 4 years now with excellent results -however you have to buy additional quality voices which you get from their website - but first listen to the sample voices before you buy to get the best ones (and I'm certain you won't find any dalek's there)

You could always just read your pdf alound and record it with software like Audacity. If you don't like your voice, and your pdf isn't very long, check and see if anyone is offering a fiverr gig - "I'll read anything for $5" etc. - for that sort of thing,
