If I have one page that is the store for my product and other pages that are sources for traffic (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc...), would it be better to have all the pages linking to each other or to have each traffic page only linking to my store?

You want to link in the direction that you want your prospects to move. If your prospects arrive to you via Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, you either bring the product to them or, if not possible, move them to your product listing.

I have a lot of experience with this. Wrap as much content as you can in and around the store itself. Then you can focus on other incoming links. Conversions are hard so the less steps you they have before they buy, the better.
