Question about PLR material

Hello,
I have aquired some good PLR articles tha to use. I did an exact phrase search and only 2 or 3, or in some cases 1 websites comes up (never ezine articles or anything). Which is not bad, however will I still be able to submit these articles to ezinearticles and other directories? Will this be considered duplicate content and just about ruin me rep?

    Aren't you supposed to alter PLR content before using it? I thought that was the purpose of purchasing it - changing it to suit your needs. :confused:

    Yes, it will be considered duplicate content. You have to modify it at least 30% to look unique.

      Okay, Gotcha.

      So do I just take like 30$ of the number of words? So if there is 10 words, change 30 of them

    Yes, but if I alter the entire article then what's the point of getting PLR content? I could have written it myself? S even if I alter 3/4 of it there is still some phrases in the article that will exact match to someone elses, maybe I'm just thinking wrong?

      I am not suggesting you need to alter everything - I would imagine the information would remain the same, just the phrasing would change.

      Purchasing PLR content will save you from having to do the research yourself.

    You`re starting to use your head ...Now you learned the real use of plr content...which is almost 0. Take care. Oh, and you can use plr in your newsletters.

    Using PLR to Ezine Articles is against their TOS, and many other directories also require you submit original work or work you have exclusive rights to.

    Be creative when you use PLR for anything, though.

    Another easy and lazy way that I have been getting articles on blogs free-trafficsecrets.com and others is go get an article that has a very high view from EZ and pasted into Google Translate.

    I just amuse myself with it translating it from English to French,to German,to Greek,to Arabic and then back to English.At this point the article is completely different from the original.

    Read through and edit where there's need and go straight and submit it to where you want.

    PLR Content always needs to be edited. It is a good place to start, without having to do the research, to form your own articles/products. The basis of PLR material is not to use it as is, but as a jumping off point..
