Question Please Help: Excess White Space in GoArticles??

I am trying to submit to GoArticles, but whenever I view the Preview there is too much space between the Author bio and the body of my submission. Is this the way it should be or am I doing something wrong. I copy and paste the paragraphs and there is still a large space between.

    Type something manually and check preview. If the problem still occurs, that’s related to GoArticles. If Not, change the source where? You’re copying contents. (Ex, doc 2 notepad)
