Aweber - adding same follow up to multiple lists

Hello there,

I've been having a lot of trouble downloading the Aweber pdf manual and that's why I'm asking this question.

If I have a number of lists that I'd like to add the same follow up too is there another way of doing it other than copying and pasting it for each list?

Thanks very much for your time and have a great day.

Regards

Colleen

    Colleen,

Have you looked over the "copy" feature? I am not referring to the "copy and paste" command we normally do with PC. But the built in feature that allows you to do exactly what you're asking.

      Hi there Takuya,

I did actually try that - it's possible I did something wrong - but it simply copied and pasted it into the same list....

    Colleen,

You know what? It isn't the "copy" feature, I meant, it's the "Campaign Sharing" feature there below your follow up messages, try those.

      Hi Colleen,

Bad news I'm afraid - there is no way to post a followup message to multiple lists.

The copy campaign feature will copy ALL of your messages to another list, but will overwrite the existing messages in the second list - not what you want I expect. (Make sure you backup your messages before using this feature!)

The copy feature will just copy a message to use within the same list.

Good old copy and paste is your only option i'm afraid!

You could however, use a broadcast message; that is a way to send the same message to multiple lists, but of course it's not the same as a followup, and probably not what you are looking for...I've been wishing for a similar feature myself!

(I got this info from Aweber themselves a while ago when I was trying to find a quick way to do what you are trying to do)

I've been wanting this featuree in Aweber for the last 5 years!
How come they haven't added it yet?!? Would save so much time.
Please Aweber if you're listening.. I winder if they have a 'suggestions' box?
