Is there a service which will allow me to send text, voice, fax and email based upon the customer's profile in a sales lifecycle?

Infusionsoft comes closer but it is too much of a hassle to use API etc to set it up.

Eg: I want to send a text message or perhaps tweet to someone who has opened my email and filled up a form on a landing page.

Conditional A - B - C - D... Do some action...

    Have you looked into 'salesforce'? Not sure if it does it, but it was one of the best contact managers a few years ago.
