Are you waiting for 2009 or getting ready for 2009?

I am working my arse off trying to get everything in place so I can start nailing the markets in 2009.

I have been working on my copywriting skills and now I am setting up some PPC ads that I have been studying for the past 2 months.

We all know that traffic and conversions is what matters in this business. Thanks to Eric Louviere (sp?) for finally hitting it over my head with his recent offering.

So, instead of waiting for 2009 to become the year of years as most people like to think, I am putting everything in place to actually take advantage of everyday in the year.

I am not wasting one day. I wasted enough days with large projects taking my time up last year and learned from that mistake. If you are going to do any large, time consuming projects than hire people to help out. You lose money by doing it yourself.

So right now I am working on a few projects that will be ready for the 1st of the year.

I purchased RAP with the membership for my affiliate program. I have some people with rather large lists ready to promote my latest project.

I am finishing up a membership that will be ready first of the year.

I purchased a split testing/taguchi script that will do wonders for my products as well as the affiliate products I will be promoting.

I am setting up my ppc campaigns for my various products and will test them to insure maximum conversions.

I am starting up a department, within my company, for affiliate promotions for various products.

I have my graphics all set up for next year thanks to Jeremy Gatica. He has a great wso going on right now.

Once these projects are doing well I have plans for others projects.

The great thing is the projects I have done will feed into other products very easily. I can reuse a lot of what I did to create additional projects giving me some major synergy.

My major plans for 2009;
Hire full time people for support, additional software development and real estate investments.
Do a major launch that should gross 5 million a year (half will be going to affiliates).
Hit a couple major markets that should gross me about the same, 5 million a year (Offline strategy with direct mail). This one market is HUGE and I know it pretty well.

I will be pushing a lot of those earnings into the real estate market. I love real estate and am quite good at it.

So, are you waiting for 2009 or actually getting ready now not to waste any day in 2009.

I'm gearing up for 2009, you'd better believe it!

I am looking to drive an offline consulting business into a hard 6 figure business and into the prime time. I have broken down my goals into Q1, Q2, etc. My largest goals consist of landing carefully chosen 7-8 figure businesses in my locale, among other HR and related goals.

2009 will be a fantastic year for everyone who works hard, takes action, and truly believes in their potential!
