Need a Thank you page template to insert in Wordpress

Hello!

I am looking for a simple "thank you page" custom Wordpress page template that I can edit as I wish to monetize it with pictures and links. Although it will be on my blog, I want it to look different from the other pages.

      To get the free guide how to integrate your html page into WP - you don't need to subscribe for anything.
      Just click on the download link and you'll get the zip file.

      (If you wanted the OTHER guide of mine that is suggested on the same page, after submitting your name and email, check your Inbox. Or the spam folder, who knows...)
